As part of our commitment to community projects, Structural Design Associates have been working with the Donna Louise Trust, and in particular the Burton Group of Friends, to provide a shelter within the gardens of the hospice. 

The simple structure, of douglas fir framing under a cedar shingle roof, is nearing completion and will provide shelter from sun and showers enabling children to benefit from the outdoor space. 

We were pleased to gift our services to such a cause, and hope that the Burton Pavilion gives many years of service. 

Structural Design Associates are pleased to be part of the successful Wildgoose Construction Design & Build team appointed for the new surgery for the Arden House Medical Practice. 

Elevations are of stone, render and cedar boarding all under a green roof. 

Construction is due to commence December 2009. 

Elms Hotel, Abberley

New spa facility opened at Von Essen Country House Hotel. 

Structural Design Associates, working with Architects Crerar & Partners, are pleased to have been involved in this exciting project.  The scheme comprised the part retention of a former Coach House to the listed hotel, and the construction of a comprehensive spa facility and swimming pool. 

With the confirmation of projects proceeding, from established Clients, we are likely to be recruiting 2 Graduate Engineers with current UK experience, including steelwork and masonry design.
